About the role
Are you the kind of person who thrives on variety, enjoys being the go-to support for a busy team, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly? If you love working with people, coordinating a wide range of administrative activities, and being involved in everything from contracts and procurement to meetings, reporting and team support, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As the Business Support Officer within the Environmental Services Branch, you'll play a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring they have the tools, information and administrative support needed to deliver important environmental outcomes across the PTA. You will bring experience in administration or office support, confidence in managing multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail. Your ability to communicate effectively, work independently, solve problems and identify opportunities to improve processes will be highly valued. In return, you'll join a supportive team that values collaboration, initiative and continuous improvement, where your contribution will make a genuine difference and where you'll have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and experience.
