This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy workplace, and wants to gain exposure to HR in a supportive team!

Working closely with the onsite HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensuring a great experience for our employees.

What you’ll be doing:

• Being highly visible and available for employee enquiries across the site and escalating any serious matters to the HR Business Partner
• Ensuring a basic understanding of the relevant Awards
• Assist with employee relations documentation in line with policy and legislation
• Support employee engagement and incentive programs
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for operational staff
• Provide broad support across HR initiatives and activities  across the organisation
• Assist with internal communications to keep staff informed
• Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate onboarding in the HRIS

You’re an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running smoothly.

You will bring:

• Previous administration experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
