The Mould Doctor is a market leader in mould inspections and remediation, operating throughout Victoria, New South Wales and South-East Queensland.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our friendly team at our modern McKinnon office.
This is a busy and important role requiring a person with experience working in a fast-paced environment, can manage changing priorities and remains calm and organised throughout the day.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting our operations team and coordinating our technicians across multiple states. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling mould inspections and treatment appointments

• Coordinating technicians and managing daily schedules

• Responding quickly to cancellations and changing priorities

• Communicating with property managers, owners and renters

• Responding to inbound enquiries by telephone and email

• Updating job statuses and maintaining accurate records

• Ensure appointments and daily operations run smoothly

About You

To succeed in this position, you will:

• Have previous experience in a scheduling role

• Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to change

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities

• Remain calm and professional when schedules change

• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Be confident using computers and learning new software

• Enjoy working as part of a supportive team

• Have a positive, reliable and solutions-focused attitude

Experience in the property, maintenance, trades or service industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
Full training in our systems and services will be provided.
