About the role
Reosteel is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ACRS certified market leader in the supply of reinforcing steel products and services across NSW and the ACT. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our manufacturing facility in Casula.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the steel reinforcing or construction manufacturing environment who enjoys working closely with customers, production teams, and drawings to deliver projects on time.
About the roleAs a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating customer projects from receipt of drawings through to production scheduling, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer expectations are met.
Key responsibilitiesManage allocated projects in direct liaison with customers to confirm job requirements, priorities, and timelines
Interpret structural and architectural drawings to generate bar lists, cutting lists, and bending schedules for production
Coordinate production schedules in line with internal lead times and customer requirements
Work collaboratively with customers to resolve drawing, scheduling, or production issues
Identify and propose practical production or product solutions, negotiating changes where required
Maintain accurate job records, documentation, and drawings throughout the project lifecycle
Actively contribute to workplace health and safety by following all safety procedures and reporting hazards
Comply with Reosteel’s Integrated Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
Experience in the steel reinforcing, construction, or manufacturing industry (essential)
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
Strong organisational and scheduling skills with attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to work directly with customers
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
