Ideally, you will...

• have at least 1 year experience gained in the manufacturing industry  
• have some experience working with sheet metal or assembly work in a manufacturing plant
• have some experience in operating hand and power tools
• be physically fit
• like working as part of a team
• be committed to safety and quality
• understand written and verbal instructions

What you'll be doing..

• Assist in cutting on lines for Rural and Commercial Trusses for Rhino and Heritage
• Assist in cutting on lines for commercial platforms, ladders and other components
• General Trade Assist work including punching and cutting on lines
• General factory duties including ensuring the immediate working area is clean, tidy and safe
• Operate hand and power tools safely and for their intended purpose
• Follow work instructions provided by Supervisors
• Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
• Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations
• Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
