We are advertising on behalf of our client (Rush Roasting) Position: Chef Location: Bowral NSW 2576 Salary: $78,000 - $79,500 plus Superannuation Our client 'Rush Roasting' is looking for a Chef to join their growing kitchen team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating menu items, recipes and dishes, ensuring variety and quality
• Working closely with the Executive Chef to develop menu ideas
• Managing daily production and planning
• Determining food inventory needs, ordering and stocking
• Controlling kitchen operational costs
• Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain a climate of cooperation and respect between teammates
• Train junior kitchen staff
• Prepare and cook food based on recipe guidelines
