THE OPPORTUNITY

As Brendan’s Sales Associate, you will be involved in the full sales process rather than sitting on the sidelines.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and nurturing potential clients
• Conducting buyer follow-up and maintaining database relationships
• Assisting with open homes and private inspections
• Supporting appraisals, listing presentations and sales campaigns
• Communicating with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
• Preparing market research and property information
• Maintaining accurate notes, follow-up tasks and records within the CRM
• Supporting Brendan with day-to-day sales activities
• Attending team training, sales meetings and community events
• Representing Brendan and Coronis Strathpine with professionalism and enthusiasm

A current Queensland real estate registration certificate and driver’s licence are required.
