We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Educators to join the passionate team at First Years Early Learning ELANORA.

We are a real family run centre, the family who own the centre are present, hands on and you will feel the difference. No area managers, no head office, an onsite centre manager whose focus is learning and building community along side you. You will be able to contribute to decision making and philosophy decisions as our centre grows.

The ideal candidate will be bubbly, friendly, energetic, and have completed their Diploma (or are willing to study the diploma at our cost).

Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are required to fulfil the role:

·   Have at least four years’ experience in Australian Childcare Centres

·   Have current, approved Working with Children Check, National Child Safety Trainning

·   First Aid Certification

·   Commenced or completed qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care
