Are you Blanc's new dreamy facialist? A once in a lifetime opportunity has opened up at Blanc Skin, one of only two clinics in Perth to specialise in the world renowned French skincare brand Biologique-Recherche, alongside a curated range of other professional skincare brands.

Working from our stunning Cottesloe clinic, this unique opportunity requires an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual with experience in the luxury beauty industry. This role offers genuine autonomy — you'll collaborate closely with the clinic to shape each treatment, bringing your advanced skills and technique to deliver truly personalised results.

About The Role

• You will be responsible for conducting personalised consultations with clients to evaluate skin concerns and design bespoke treatment plans suited to their individual needs.

• You will have autonomy in the services and techniques you offer, tailoring each facial treatment to the client in front of you using your own advanced skillset and experience.

• Your main responsibility will be performing luxury facial treatments, therefore a deep understanding of the skin and strong, advanced facial technique is essential.

• You will make tailored product recommendations to clients as part of their treatment journey, with attractive selling incentives on offer.

• Maintaining a high standard of customer service by carrying out professional treatments in line with our clinic's protocols.

• You will have a can-do attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for your guest.

• Be an ambassador for the clinic.

• Participate in ongoing training with our brand partner Biologique-Recherche.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualified Beauty Therapist (Diploma level or equivalent industry experience) with several years' experience in a luxury spa or skin clinic setting.

• Advanced facial massage technique essential — lymphatic drainage experience is a huge plus.

• Proven ability to adapt and personalise facial treatments and techniques to each client's unique skin and concerns.

• Confidence in recommending and selling professional skincare products to clients.

• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and result-driven facial protocols.

• Strong work ethic with a genuine passion for the beauty and skincare industry.

• A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire team members.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Well-presented and professionally groomed.
