About the role:

This role puts you at the centre of the parts operation, where your product knowledge directly supports technicians, customers, and the wider service team every day.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Identifying and supplying the correct parts to workshop technicians and retail customers, keeping vehicles moving and people satisfied
• Processing parts orders accurately using dealer management systems, so the team always has what it needs
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock with care and attention to detail
• Handling returns and warranty parts in line with supplier requirements, building your knowledge of industry processes
• Maintaining a clean, organised parts area that reflects well on you and the business
• Building solid relationships with colleagues across service and sales, giving you real visibility across the dealership

About You:

You bring genuine parts knowledge and a reliable, considered approach to everything you do.

A bit more about you:

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter in an automotive dealership or similar environment is what sets you apart here
• Comfortable navigating electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems
• A forklift licence is an advantage, opening up more variety in your daily tasks
• Strong communication skills mean customers and colleagues enjoy dealing with you
• Accuracy matters to you, whether you are picking stock or processing an order
• A team-first attitude that makes the whole department stronger
