Flourish Holistic Services is currently seeking an exceptional and experienced community Allied Health Assistant to join our team in Tarneit Vic 3029.

The purpose of this role is to promote health and wellbeing by enabling individuals to participate in the everyday occupations of life. The chosen candidate will work with NDIS participants in clinic, tele-health, and community settings, providing care for individuals with diagnosed mental health conditions and physical disabilities. Responsibilities will include improving motor skills, function, mobility, and quality of life through individual therapy sessions, assistive technology assessments, report writing, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Certificate IV Allied Health Assistant qualification or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in a healthcare and community setting, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care are essential requirements. Candidates with overseas experience in occupational therapy, speech therapy, or physiotherapy will have an added advantage.
