Sales Officer – Quality Blinds – Randwick Sydney NSW

As a Sales Officer, you will be the face of our sales operations.

You will manage customer enquiries, consult with clients directly, and present tailored window furnishing solutions. This is an autonomous role combining showroom consultations, client visits, and quote preparations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with retail and commercial clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable blind or awning solutions. Meet with retail and commercial clients to understand their needs and recommend the perfect blind or awning solutions.
• Quoting & Negotiation:Pipeline Management: Convert warm leads, handle incoming enquiries, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent relationships with residential customers, builders, and wholesalers.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in technical sales within window furnishings, blinds, shutters, or interior design is highly valued. Convert warm leads, handle enquiries, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Team Collaboration:Detail-Oriented: Ability to understand complex product specifications and accurately process customer orders.

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar, for effective pipeline and customer management.

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in technical sales within window furnishings, blinds, shutters, or interior design is highly regarded.
• Sales Drive: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills to build quick rapport with clients.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to understand product specifications and accurately process customer orders.
• Logistics: A valid Australian driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle are required for client visits.
