Civil supervisor

As we continue to strengthen our presence in the civil construction sector, we are looking for proven leaders with extensive site management experience to help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. • Minimum 10 years experience in the civil construction industry.

• Demonstrated experience supervising large-scale civil construction projects.

• Proven experience managing works on Tier 1 construction sites.

• Extensive background in infrastructure, roads, earthworks, drainage, utilities, structures, or major civil projects.

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, productivity management, and project delivery.

Applicants must provide evidence of successfully managing Tier 1 construction sites, including:

• Detailed project history identifying Tier 1 clients, contractors, or principal contractors.

• Description of project scope, responsibilities, value, duration, and workforce managed.

• Evidence of meeting safety, quality, and production targets.

• Client references and referee contacts from Tier 1 projects.

• Examples of managing subcontractors, construction programs, and project delivery requirements on Tier 1 sites.
