About the Role:

As a CSA, you'll handle customer calls, assist with general enquiries, payment assistance, and provide fast, friendly, and accurate resolutions. Your role is vital in creating positive customer experiences by offering personal and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to a variety of customer general enquiries via phone.
• Accurately update customer information in internal systems.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically in fluent English.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Internet).
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanour. Strong listening and empathy skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Entry-level applicants are welcome – full training provided.

Type: Full-Time On Site - Rotating shifts between 8am- 8pm Monday-Friday.
Eligibility: Applicants must have full working rights in Australia or at least 2 years left on their current full working rights VISA.
