About the role
Orange Health Care is a locally owned and operated registered NDIS provider, established in Queensland and now expanding our services across Sydney.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager – NDIS to drive the growth of our disability and community care services across Sutherland Shire, St George and South Sydney.
This is a hands-on role focused on developing strong referral networks, generating participant opportunities, building strategic partnerships and establishing Orange Health Care's presence within the local NDIS and healthcare community.

Generate new NDIS participant referrals and business opportunities.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our services and local market presence.
Build strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health professionals, hospitals, healthcare providers, SDA providers and community organisations.
Develop opportunities across SIL, ILO, STA, MTA, in-home support, community participation and nursing services.
Build and manage a strong referral and participant pipeline.
Conduct stakeholder meetings and represent Orange Health Care at networking events, expos and community activities.
Identify strategic partnerships, market opportunities and service gaps.
Maintain CRM records and monitor referrals, conversions and participant commencements.
Achieve agreed participant growth and business development targets.
Provide regular business development and pipeline reports to senior management.
Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, client engagement or a similar role within the NDIS, disability, allied health, healthcare or community services sector.
Proven track record of achieving business development targets and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Strong understanding of the NDIS and disability services sector.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development outcomes. Current Australian driver's licence and ability to travel throughout the local region.
Highly desirable: An established NDIS referral network within Sutherland Shire, St George or South Sydney, particularly existing relationships with Support Coordinators, allied health providers and other referral partners.

The primary territory is Sutherland Shire, St George and surrounding South Sydney areas.Regular local travel will be required to meet referral partners and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also engage with our Queensland operations and management team as required.
