The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and energetic Plumber who has the right qualifications to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to learn extensive knowledge and problem-solving skills to carry out domestic and commercial installations across the Melbourne area. 

You will have an ongoing willingness to learn new skills, have pride in your workmanship and work well within a friendly, team environment.

Skills and Qualifications 

Expected daily routine:

1. Attend office / review daily schedule on SimPRO

2. Complete jobs on schedule as required / ascertain details for quotes

3. Maintain minimum stock levels of vehicle

4. Liaise with customers, management, admin and co-workers

5. Generate further work / business

6. Facilitate and satisfy all customer requirements - exceed customer expectations

7. Leave work site cleaner than when you arrived

8. Adhere to OHS requirements

9. High level of attention to detail required

10. Carry on-call phone as per rotating roster

11. Be punctual and arrive to work in presentable fashion

12. Treat residential properties as the customers sanctuary

13. Enjoy yourself, love what you do and have a great day!

Specifically:

• Show an enthusiastic approach in Domestic Service, Gas Servicing and Commercial Maintenance Installations

• Keen understanding of water, sanitary and gas installations

• Plumbing Licence/Registration

• White (Red) Industry Card

• Current Drivers Licence

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work autonomously

• An upbeat and motivated attitude toward tasks

• Type A Gas Registration - Highly Advantageous 

• Thorough understanding and familiarity with all domestic gas appliances - Highly Advantageous
