Road Transport Maintenance Coordinator | Relocate to Sunny Queensland

We’re currently seeking an experienced Road Transport Maintenance Coordinator based in Victoria, with the opportunity to relocate to Queensland and join our expanding operations team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Road Transport and leadership who is ready for a fresh challenge and a change of scenery.

You’ll take the reins of a high-performing team of Heavy Road Transport Mechanics operating across the East Coast, with the support of experienced coordinators and a skilled administration team.

Monday to Friday | 6am – 4pm | Queensland-based role

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee a team of Road Transport Mechanics across Queensland

• Collaborate with internal teams to align labour resources with customer requirements and breakdown support

• Lead team performance, provide motivation and recognise achievements

• Support recruitment activities, including interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding

• Conduct regular site travel to build strong client relationships and complete team performance and safety checks

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees and key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Mechanical Trade Qualification (desirable)

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role, or as a Workshop/Service Supervisor or Transport Allocator

• Strong experience within the Road Transport industry

• A strong commercial mindset and passion for growing a successful business

• The willingness and excitement to relocate from Victoria to Queensland
