We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. This is a structured career pathway designed to develop you into a qualified Financial Adviser through hands-on experience, mentoring and ongoing professional development.
No previous financial planning experience is required—just a genuine interest in helping people achieve their financial goals and a willingness to learn.
About the Role
As part of our Associate Financial Adviser Program, you'll work alongside experienced advisers and gain exposure to all aspects of financial advice. You'll progressively develop your technical knowledge, client relationship skills and practical experience while receiving ongoing coaching and support.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting advisers with preparing financial advice and client strategies.
• Researching superannuation, investments, insurance and retirement planning solutions.
• Preparing client meeting documentation and follow-up correspondence.
• Attending client meetings and taking meeting notes.
• Liaising with clients, product providers and external stakeholders.
• Supporting the implementation of financial advice recommendations.
• Learning compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Developing the skills and experience required to become a Financial Adviser.
About You
You will have:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine interest in financial advice and helping clients achieve their goals.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desirable (but not essential)
• A completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
