Senior Solutions Consultant

Job description:

Reporting to the Solutions Consultant Manager, the Senior Solutions Consultant works closely with ELMO's Sales teams and other divisions on key business opportunities, proposals, and pitches for the business. You will help bring ELMO's solution to life by delivering high-quality product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client technical requirements and audiences.

• Form strong working partnerships with sales representatives and sales leaders to enable a teaming-based approach to client engagements.

• Drive a focus on solutions-based selling to create greater alignment between the ELMO platform and customer problems.

• Plan and deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to technical requirements and target audiences.

• Showcase deep product expertise to promote tools and address complex questions.

• Provide guidance and direction to other consultants and assist with team training and development.

• Respond to and execute multiple RFPs simultaneously, collaborating with internal teams as required.

• Deliver presentations and seminars at prospect or client events.

Skills & Experience

• Previous pre-sales experience in HR or Payroll/RTA software highly desirable.

• Strong background within a similar role (e.g., presales/consulting experience experience within a SaaS vendor).

• Knowledge or experience in designing integrations with other systems using APIs is highly desirable

• Strong understanding of technical concepts and HR/Talent Management processes.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience

• Demonstrated project management skills and close attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen.

• An undergraduate qualification is preferred.
