About the role
About the role: As an AOD Case Manager with us, you will get to use a psychosocial capacity building framework to support young people with practical information and tools. You will be working alongside two other team members to facilitate groups providing psychoeducation, emotion regulation, interpersonal and communication skills, harm reduction, living skills and activity-based therapeutic programs. In addition to AOD recovery, holistic case management support is provided to encourage our participants to access services.

You will work with participants and their families both online and face to face. A vehicle is available from a central location for work in the community. This position is funded until 30 June 2027, with strong potential for extension as part of our expanding community services.
$$$: This role will be remunerated at SCHCDS Level 4 $46-50ph depending on qualifications and experience with access to salary packaging to potentially increase your take home pay by another 5k.
