About the role
Infiniti Group Australia is a proudly family-owned business with more than 38 years of experience serving customers nationwide. We provide a diverse range of products, outstanding service, and competitive pricing across the hospitality, early education, government, and cleaning sectors.
Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace where individuals are valued, empowered, and encouraged to make a meaningful contribution. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and want to be part of a company that genuinely invests in its people, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service and ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to order fulfilment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. While customer service is the primary focus, you'll also support customer retention and growth through proactive follow-ups and relationship-based conversations. This is not a high-pressure sales role but rather an opportunity to add value through genuine customer engagement.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Conduct outbound customer contact, including order follow-ups and identifying opportunities to provide additional value.
Assist customers with product information, stock availability, and inventory-related enquiries.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain accurate customer and order records across company systems.
Contribute to a positive team culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Reliable, punctual, and accountable for your work.
A confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
Technically capable and confident learning new systems and processes.
Experience in wholesale, foodservice, hospitality, or distribution environments.
Telephone-based customer service, order processing, or sales support experience.
Exposure to inventory management, merchandising, or stock control functions.
Experience in outbound customer contact and follow-up activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or business intelligence platforms.
Full training and onboarding will be provided to support your success.
Competitive salary package.
Weekly pay cycle.
Comprehensive onboarding and training program.
A supportive, collaborative, and values-driven team environment.
Genuine opportunities for career growth and professional development.
The chance to work with a well-established and growing national business.
A positive workplace culture that recognises achievement, encourages development, and celebrates success.
If you're looking for a stable, long-term career with a company that values its people, recognises contribution, and supports professional growth, we'd love to hear from you.
