Stores Attendant - Part-Time

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised and professional individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager you will support the Procurement Officer with receiving and checking deliveries, assist with ordering and processing food & beverage and general stores items. 

This is a part-time role offering 20 hours per week with availability required Tuesdays-Saturdays between 8am starts to 12pm finishes. 

The key tasks include:

• Ensure all stock received is stored correctly.
• Ensure all stock is checked against invoices.
• Record all invoices.
• Perform monthly stock takes.
• Support all outlets by promptly filling all requisitions.
• Assist with maintaining all cellar equipment.
• Ensure all storage areas are neat, tidy and safe at all times.
• High levels of manual handling.

What does the Club need from me?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in inventory and stock management.
• Experience in cellar/postmix operations duties (including working with beer lines).
• Ability to lift, push and pull items weighing up to 10 kilograms.  
• Good communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work unsupervised and to deadlines.

• Food and beverage exposure.
• Forklift license.
