International Liaison Officer

Moreton Bay College is seeking a warm, proactive and culturally aware International Liaison Officer to support our international students throughout their educational journey. Working within our International Office, you'll play a key role in ensuring students feel welcomed, supported and connected while studying at the College. 

This is a rewarding opportunity to combine student wellbeing, administration and relationship management in a dynamic school environment that values global citizenship and exceptional student experiences. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be a trusted point of contact for international students and their families. 
• Support student wellbeing, engagement and successful integration into College life.
• Coordinate student arrivals, orientations and onboarding activities. 
• Liaise with homestay providers to ensure students are safe, supported and thriving. 
• Provide culturally appropriate communication and support to students, families and partners. 
• Maintain accurate records and assist with international program administration and compliance requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in student support, administration, customer service or liaison roles. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across cultures.
• A caring and professional approach when supporting student wellbeing. 
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. 
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems. 
• Experience working with international students or proficiency in an additional language will be highly regarded. 
• A current Queensland Blue Card or the ability to obtain one.
