Reporting to the National Director Education this is an ACN leadership role.

The Manager of Operations (Education) is responsible for the efficient delivery of the Education Divisions operations including but not limited to Student Management Services. The Manager of Operations (Education) works with stakeholders to identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed ACN products and services and manages the business impact to improve service delivery.

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to meet the following selection criteria and demonstrate how you meet these in a covering letter:

Selection Criteria

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Management, Business, or a related discipline, and/or significant relevant experience in education operations or management. Experience managing programs and/or teams in business, and educational environments.
• Experience managing education programs, projects and/or teams within a higher education, vocational education, or comparable environments.
• experience working with/managing Student Management Systems and other education technology platforms.
• ability to gather, analyse, validate and document business requirements and translate these into effective operational solutions
• Demonstrated a track record in delivering improvements across the student lifecycle.
• High-level digital literacy and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 and relevant education management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with academic, professional and external stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
