About The Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our residents by delivering safe, respectful, and individualised care. You'll work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, carers, and the broader care team to ensure every resident receives the best possible support.

As An Enrolled Nurse, You Will

Delivering quality nursing care in line with individual care plansMonitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and escalating concerns to the Registered NurseAssisting with care plan development and supporting carers with best‑practice care deliveryMaintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to care coordination, scheduling, and service planning

To Be Successful, You’ll Need

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled NurseA current First Aid and CPR CertificateA current driver's license and a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes are essential for this role. (Reimbursement of $0.96 per KM is provided for use of own vehicle)Experience in Home Care or Residential CareA National Police CheckValid Australian Working Rights (we are not offering sponsorship)
