Site Administrator – North East Link (NEL) Project

About the Role

Maxim Group is looking for a reliable Site Administrator for the North East Link (NEL) Project. This role supports site operations and requires strong administrative skills. You will work with supervisors, project teams, and clients as part of the site administration team.

Key Responsibilities

Uploading daily prestarts to a nominated SharePoint site

Capturing daily timesheets

Data entry into our client's timesheet portal

Induction tracking and assistance with onboarding new starters

Scheduling training for site personnel

Maintaining onsite plant servicing registers

Maintaining site-specific training registers

General administration support to the site team

Hours

8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Shift window: 7:00am – 3:30/4:00pm

About You

Previous experience in a site-based or construction administration role (highly regarded)

Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

Confidence using SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and client-based portals

Ability to manage multiple registers and deadlines simultaneously

A proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills

Comfortable working on an active construction site
