Hybrid Role: 3 days in the office (flexibility on days)
We are seeking an energetic and professional Executive Assistant with a commitment to excellence and a proven ability to adapt their approach to support senior leaders within our Information Technology division.
Reporting to the Group Head Assistant, you will join a high-performing Executive Support team while operating independently within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.
As a well rounded Executive Assistant, you will be hands on, highly organised, adaptable and detail oriented, with exceptional time management skills. You will quickly develop an understanding of technology functions, business priorities and operational requirements. Your experience supporting leaders with diverse working styles, competing priorities and complex stakeholder networks will position you for success in this role.
Working closely with IT leadership teams, project stakeholders and the broader Executive Assistant community, you will leverage your strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and integrity to support successful outcomes across critical technology initiatives and day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities include:
Managing complex email inboxes, calendars and daily schedules for senior technology leaders
Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and coordinating follow-up actions from leadership, governance, project and team meetings
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
Providing general administrative support, including correspondence, expense management, reporting and technology-related documentation
Supporting technology projects, leadership forums and operational planning activities
Delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with multiple competing priorities
Leveraging AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, generate insights and enhance Executive Assistant outcomes
You will:
Have 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within a complex corporate, technology or professional services environment
Be proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and consistently demonstrate initiative
Be confident managing expectations across a diverse stakeholder group while exercising sound judgement, discretion and professionalism
Be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable working within an agile technology environment
Possess strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate flexibility in your work approach, including occasional availability outside standard business hours when required
Build trusted relationships quickly across technology and business teams to drive efficient and effective outcomes
Have advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, systems and collaboration tools
Be digitally curious, with the ability to translate technology capabilities into practical solutions that enhance executive support and business effectiveness
