In this role, you'll:

Lead business analysis activities across a portfolio of complex digital and technology initiatives, helping shape and deliver solutions that improve business performance and customer outcomes.

You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse business needs, identify improvement opportunities, develop business cases, and translate requirements into practical solutions that support strategic objectives and digital transformation outcomes.

About you

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record delivering business and digital transformation initiatives in complex environments.

You bring expertise in process improvement, requirements elicitation, business case development, and stakeholder engagement, together with the ability to bridge business and technology teams to deliver effective solutions. You are a strategic thinker who can analyse complex problems, influence stakeholders, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
