Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team. This role requires strong work ethic, consistency, and the ability to handle high-volume service efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
• Assist with food preparation, stock control, and kitchen organisation
• Support menu planning and daily kitchen operations
• Work efficiently during busy service periods

Requirements

• Experience as a Chef or Cook (Asian cuisine preferred)
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Must have own transportation
• Willing to work long hours, including weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and disciplined
• Ability to work independently and in a team
