The Role

You'll create a memorable stay for every guest through warm, attentive service anticipating what they need before they ask, and delivering it promptly, efficiently, and with a smile that's impossible to fake.

What You'll Be Doing

• Run a smooth, professional check-in and check-out experience

• Handle phone calls, guest requests, and reservations promptly and accurately

• Communicate with guests in a way that's open, friendly, respectful, and positive

• Know our hotel inside out — room types, rates, and services so you can speak to it confidently

• Look for opportunities to upsell room categories and support hotel revenue

• Create and manage reservations based on guest needs, availability, and budget

• Carry out front office duties in line with company procedures and management direction

• Resolve guest complaints quickly, calmly, and professionally

• Handle guest mail, messages, and deliveries promptly, always protecting guest privacy and security

• Balance your float accurately at the end of each shift, with all cash and card transactions correctly recorded

What We're Looking For

• A genuinely bubbly, outgoing personality — someone who connects with people instantly and makes them feel welcome from the first hello

• Reception experience in a similar role or industry

• RMS experience highly regarded

• Flexibility across days, with availability across our 8am–10pm operating hours

• A motivated, can-do attitude and a real passion for guest service
