The Opportunity
TRACKS Integrated Services is seeking, on behalf of our client, a Junior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project across Perth and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands.

The role is site-based and includes rotational travel to the Cocos (Keeling) Islands, with a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation anticipated for approximately six months.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Providing day-to-day project coordination and administrative support
• Managing project documentation, reporting and records
• Coordinating meetings, schedules and stakeholder communications
• Tracking milestones, deliverables and timelines
• Supporting procurement, logistics and site activities
• Assisting with project personnel onboarding and coordination

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years' experience in project coordination, administration or a similar role, ideally within civil, construction or infrastructure
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
• Australian Citizenship
• Ability to hold or obtain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance, with potential upgrade to NV1
• Availability to work onsite and undertake the required CKI rotation
