The City of Salisbury is seeking a motivated and community-focused Assistant Property Officer to join the property team within City Development.
You'll play an important role in supporting the management of Council's diverse property portfolio and land assets, helping to deliver outcomes that benefit our growing community.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of property functions, including lease and licence administration, property acquisitions, stakeholder engagement, property records management, financial administration, and strategic property projects. Working alongside experienced property professionals, you'll develop practical skills and industry knowledge in property management, land administration and local government operations.
Working within the Strategic Development Projects Division, you'll help ensure Council's property assets are managed effectively, sustainably and in accordance with legislative requirements, supporting the future growth and development of the City of Salisbury.

This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate or someone currently studying Property, Real Estate, Land Economics, Urban and Regional Planning, Business, Law, or a related discipline who is eager to build a rewarding career in the property sector and make a meaningful contribution to their community.
