Contract Opportunities Mackay, QLD

• 1 x 31 August 2026 – 27 September 2026
• 3 x 7 September 2026 – 27 September 2026

Full-time hours | Up to 80 hours per fortnight | Rotating roster including weekends.

About the Role You'll join a busy regional Emergency Department providing care across a broad range of presentations, including:

• Adult Emergency
• Paediatric Emergency
• Resuscitation & Trauma
• High Dependency Care
• Short Stay
• Mental Health presentations

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Emergency Nurses wanting to expand their skills in a high volume regional ED.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years' Emergency Department experience
• Advanced Life Support (ALS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Highly Regarded

• Experience using ieMR
• Previous Australian public health experience
