The OpportunityYou will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, managing inbound enquiries and providing accurate, timely information while working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service through first-touch resolution on inbound callsManage national inbound calls and transfer enquiries with accurate information to relevant departmentsManaging internal and external customer expectations and informing of any delivery changesProcess customer orders including cylinders, liquids, forward orders and work orders via phone, email, fax or electronic systemsEnsure all orders and invoicing are accurately completed and closed dailySupply customers with invoices, credit notes, statements, and proof of deliveryManage credit note uploads and cross-referencing via templatesSupport customer portal setup and follow up on portal-related enquiriesParticipate in training, performance development plans (PDPs), team meetings and business initiatives
About YouManaging inbound calls nationallyOrder processing and invoicing for all Coregas customers nationallyKnowledge of ERP systems, ability to utilise Office suite of productsStrong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approachHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident using order management systems and handling financial transactionsProactive, safety-focused and committed to continuous improvementTeam-oriented with a positive and collaborative attitude
