Senior Architect — Design Development

About You

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and committed professional who brings design strength, technical capability, and local experience to our studio. You should have a genuine

passion for delivering quality architecture-and ideally take pleasure in spending most of your time drawing, exploring, and developing design ideas.

• You will have a minimum of 8 years' relevant post-graduate experience with significant architectural projects, a strong technical and design foundation, and an interest in evolving design responses that reflect our studio's values.

As a core member of the practice, you will work closely with the Project Director, Design Architect, and wider team to:

• Explore and refine design direction
• Resolve design and technical challenges
• Develop thoughtful details and comprehensive drawing packages across all project stages
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff

We're Seeking Someone With:

• The passion and rigor to uphold design intent throughout the architectural process
• A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
• Strong knowledge of local construction systems and bespoke detailing
• A thorough understanding of building codes, Australian Standards, and local planning regulations
• Proficiency with Revit/BIM processes and protocols
• Experience coordinating consultants
• The ability to produce clear, accurate, and efficient drawings
