About the Role – Personal Carers (Casual)
We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Personal Carers to join our growing team. This is a casual opportunity with the potential to become permanent part-time. We are offering casual Overnight shifts and occasional afternoon shifts.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting residents with daily personal care routines

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Monitoring and documenting any changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment

• Working closely with the care team to implement personalised care plans

What You'll Bring:

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)

• No minimum aged care experience required as we welcome candidates who are passionate about delivering person-centred care

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• A kind, empathetic, and respectful approach to resident care

• Permanent Australian work rights

• Current National Police Check

• COVID-19 vaccination certificate
