About the Role As the Senior Technical Officer (Design and Construct), you will provide critical administrative, procurement and contract management support to the City Design and Construction team. Working closely with project managers and key stakeholders, you'll ensure the efficient coordination of operational processes, procurement activities, contract administration, customer enquiries and governance requirements that support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects across the municipality.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional with construction industry experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.What You’ll deliver Coordinate procurement and contract administration activities for City Design and Construction projectsManage customer requests, stakeholder enquiries, Councillor and Member of Parliament correspondenceSupport project managers with purchase orders, goods receipts and procurement compliance processesPrepare contract documentation, completion certificates, acceptance letters and financial securities administrationMaintain registers, conduct Landata title searches, process financial transactions and support business operations across the department
