About the role
Fairfield Hospital Pharmacy is a supportive team dedicated to delivering comprehensive clinical and operational pharmacy services that promote the safe and effective use of medicines. Working in partnership with medical, nursing, and allied health teams, we strive to optimise medication management and improve patient outcomes. Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
