Data Processing / Scanning Team - Suit Casual or Student

We are looking for a fast, accurate and reliable team member to assist with data entry, document preparation, scanning and general processing duties.

The ideal person is:

• Quick and accurate with data entry and processing
• Organised, with strong attention to detail
• Physically capable, as some tasks involve lifting and moving archive boxes of records
• Able to follow structured workflows and meet productivity targets

About the role:

• Based primarily at our Braeside facility
• Duties include document preparation, data entry, scanning, reconciling and sentencing records
• Training provided across all systems and processes
• Great hands-on experience for anyone looking to build skills in data management, administration, and working as part of a team.
• To be clear - work is repetitive!

Pay: $29.50 – $33.00 per hour
