Dental Front Office Coordinator

Singleton Dentist is seeking a friendly and experienced Dental Front office Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Karnup, WA. This role is integral to providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of our dental practice.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greeting and assisting patients both in-person and over the phone

• Scheduling and managing patient appointments

• Maintaining accurate patient records and managing patient data

• Processing payments and handling financial transactions

• Ordering and managing dental and office supplies

• Providing administrative support to the dental team as required

About you

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a dental receptionist or similar customer service role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients

• Excellent organisational and time management skills to effectively manage competing priorities

• Proficient in using D4W (dental practice management software) and other office technology

• A friendly, professional and positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
