About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organised RTO Manager to oversee the effective operation, compliance and quality of our RTO.

The RTO Manager will work closely with senior management, Academic, Administration and Student Services teams to ensure the organisation maintains strong regulatory compliance and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with the Standards for RTOs, ESOS requirements and the National Code.
• Monitor RTO and CRICOS compliance, including enrolments, CoEs, PRISMS and student records.
• Coordinate internal compliance reviews, audits and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure RTO policies, procedures and compliance documentation are current and maintained.
• Oversee complaints, appeals and critical incident processes.
• Monitor trainer files, competency matrices and professional development records.
• Support course accreditation, re-accreditation and scope-related requirements.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory requests and support ASQA or other compliance audits.
• Work collaboratively with Academic and Administration teams to maintain quality and compliance across the organisation.

About You

We are looking for someone with atleast 3 years experience in:

• Experience working in an Australian RTO.
• Strong knowledge of VET compliance and the Standards for RTOs.
• Good understanding of CRICOS, ESOS and the National Code.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• A proactive and practical approach to managing RTO requirements.
