SPECIALIST MEDICAL SECRETARY REQUIRED

Perth Head & Neck Surgery is a busy ear, nose and throat Specialist Medical Practice located at Hollywood Medical Centre in Nedlands. PHNS comprises of five experienced and reputable ENT surgeons who all manage their own private practices within the company.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Medical Secretary to join our friendly practice on a 4 day per week basis.

Duties include:

• Co-ordinating and management of set-up for our newest ENT surgeon.

• Processing patient information with exceptional attention to detail - Genie experience essential.

• Management of phone system, emails, booking and running consultation clinics and surgical bookings. Liaising with relevant hospitals, theatre and Anaesthetist rooms.

• Accurate consultation and surgical billing.

• Maintain and ensure timely transfer/management of Medical correspondence both incoming and outgoing to referring GP's, Specialists and patients.

We are searching for an experienced Medical Secretary with at least 2 years experience in a surgical practice. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
