About the role
SPDR Group (Specialised Plumbing, Drainage & Roofing) is a growing multi-division contractor working across residential, commercial and civil construction throughout Melbourne. We need an experienced Roof Plumber to join our roofing division on a full-time, ongoing basis — with a strong pipeline of work already secured, not a "see how it goes" contract.

What you'll be doing

• Installing, flashing and sealing metal roofing systems on new builds

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks and roof damage

• Reading plans and working to spec on commercial and residential jobs

• Working safely and independently, with support from a full-time supervisor and admin team so you're not stuck doing paperwork

What you'll need

• Cert III in Roof Plumbing or Plumbing (or equivalent trade qualification)

• Solid hands-on experience in metal roofing — new applicants and experienced hands both welcome, tell us where you're at

• Current driver's licence and own basic hand tools

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• Right to work in Australia
