Operations Manager

4069 Real Estate is a boutique, family-run agency built on exceptional personal service, strong community relationships and honest advice.

We are seeking an experienced Business or Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of our growing agency. Working closely with business owners you will lead our people, systems and operations allowing the Directors to focus on strategy, growth and developing the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily business operations and team accountability

• Coordinating sales, property management, marketing and administration

• Improving systems, workflows and service standards

• Managing budgets, reporting, suppliers and business performance

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and performance reviews

• Monitoring KPIs, compliance, risk and client experience

• Turning the Directors’ vision into clear plans and measurable actions

About you:

• Experienced in business, operations, practice or general management

• A confident and supportive people leader

• Commercially minded, organised and highly accountable

• Skilled in systems, process improvement and performance reporting

• Calm under pressure and comfortable having direct conversations

• Real estate or professional-services experience is highly regarded
