About the Role:

- Agent and sales administration tasks

- Work with our Sales Administration team to provide support to our Sales Team

- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and conduct regular audits

- New agent Onboarding & ongoing agent contact and support

- Brand Ambassador & Personality

- Sales Training Coordination

- Sales Marketing Coordination

About You:

- Possess a proactive service-oriented mindset

- Experience with Sales CRM, preferably REX

- Strong knowledge and understanding of real estate sales, including legislation and compliance

- Familiarity with all appointment forms and contracts, ensuring adherence to legislation and compliance

- An interest in Social Media and creating content
