The Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) is a leading provider of high-quality training and education to support more than 140,000 clinical and non-clinical staff, trainers, managers and leaders across the NSW health system.

About the Opportunity
Lead the operational coordination, implementation and continuous improvement of HETI-supported vocational training networks and medical education programs, including oversight of network functions, governance committee management, stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring and identification of opportunities for collaboration, consistency and shared learning across networks. The role provides leadership and direction to network coordinators and support staff to ensure effective network operations and contributes to the delivery of statewide medical education and training priorities that support high-quality trainee and supervisor outcomes across NSW.
