Physio 4 U
About the role
About the role
Physio4U is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our expanding, technology-enabled practice in Mango Hill. We are open to applications across all experience levels—from Graduate / Junior Physiotherapists seeking structured mentoring, to Experienced / Senior Clinicians looking for a leadership pathway. We reject the 20-minute turnover model. Instead, our appointments run for 30 to 60 minutes, giving you the time to build rapport, deliver high-impact interventions, and focus on genuine long-term client outcomes. To ensure you stay focused on clinical care rather than admin, we leverage cutting-edge AI clinical note-taking tools, significantly reducing your documentation time so you can leave work on time every day. This position offers a diverse caseload across private practice, Medicare, NDIS, Home Care Packages, neurological rehabilitation, and community-based care. Services are provided both in-clinic and within community settings, including home visits, local gyms, and hydrotherapy facilities.
Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions across musculoskeletal, neurological, and community rehabilitation caseloads.
Manage unhurried 30–60 minute clinical appointments across clinic and community settings.
Utilise integrated AI documentation platforms to complete accurate, efficient clinical progress notes and reports with consent and compliance.
Liaise with GPs, specialists, support coordinators, care managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide clinical guidance, case peer-review, and mentoring to junior clinicians and students (for Senior Applicants).

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (completed or near completion).
Current AHPRA Registration (or immediate eligibility for registration).
Professional Indemnity Insurance (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
NDIS, community care, or neurological rehabilitation experience (highly desirable).
Interest or experience in falls prevention, hydrotherapy, or aged care (highly desirable).
Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, client-centred approach (highly desirable).
Benefits
Quality 30–60 minute appointment blocks with zero 20-minute conveyor-belt sessions.
AI-powered note-taking tools to cut your daily documentation time in half.
Competitive remuneration: $80k – $115k + Super (structured around experience level).
Up to $1,500 annual CPD allowance.
Structured 1:1 clinical support for graduates or clinical leadership pathways for experienced staff.
Access to purpose-built rehabilitation technology, medical treadmills, and specialized equipment.
Long-term career progression and visa sponsorship opportunities for eligible candidates.
