What you will do

We are seeking a passionate, high performing Territory Sales Manager to cover the Sunshine Coast region for a permanent, full time opportunity to join our dynamic National Sales team working the Sunshine Coast, and regional runs - Hamilton Island, MacKay. Visiting pharmacies, health and department stores you will use your proven account management and relationship building skills to increase product sales and profitability to achieve organisational objectives.

• Provide exceptional customer service promoting TBN brands, developing current accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Travel regionally every 8 weeks and will stay regionally (accommodation paid for)
• Develop and implement effective account management strategies and solutions utilising market trends, competitor analysis and territory knowledge.
• Drive product sales to achieve targets, KPI’s and regional growth plans.
• Generate accurate, timely sales activity reporting, forecasting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the Sales teams and stakeholders to produce efficiencies and improvements to the supply network.
• Support Marketing and internal stakeholders with customer enquiries, new product launches, promotions, merchandising and displays.

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated experience as a Territory Manager or Business Development Manager in the beauty, consumer, pharmacy, distributor or related industries is highly desirable.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships and provide positive customer experiences.
• Exceptional communications skills, resilience and strong problem solving capability.
• High attention to detail, ability to display initiative and work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Proficient computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software systems.
