We’re looking for an experienced plumber who enjoys solving complex problems, leading by example, mentoring younger tradesmen, and helping build one of Sydney’s most trusted plumbing companies.

We’ve built an energetic team and as we continue to grow, we’re now looking for someone with 10+ years of industry experience who can raise the standard, share their knowledge, and become a key leader within our business.

The Role

As one of our Senior Plumbing Technicians, you’ll work across a wide variety of plumbing services while becoming a leader within our business.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Residential & commercial plumbing
• Emergency plumbing call-outs
• Blocked drains
• CCTV drain inspections
• Pipe relining
• Leak detection
• Hot water systems
• Gas installations and repairs
• Roof plumbing
• Renovation plumbing
• General maintenance and repairs
• Diagnosing complex plumbing issues
• Quoting and presenting solutions to customers
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Mentoring apprentices and junior plumbers
• Leading by example every day

✔ Help improve systems and processes as our business continues to grow

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Have 10+ years of plumbing industry experience

-Hold a current NSW Plumbing Licence (Gas & Drainage preferred)

- Have extensive residential maintenance plumbing experience

- Have experience across residential and commercial plumbing

-Have strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- Have experience quoting jobs and presenting solutions to customers

-Enjoy mentoring apprentices and junior plumbers

-Take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship

- Communicate professionally with customers

-Are organised, reliable and solutions-focused

-Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence

- Live within 30–40 minutes of our Pagewood office

Our technicians mostly start each day from our Pagewood office.

To support a healthy work-life balance, we’re ideally seeking someone based within approximately 30–40 minutes of our office (Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, South Sydney, St George, Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas).
