Digital Marketing Specialist

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation through digital campaigns, content creation, website management and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Plan, build and execute email campaigns, landing pages and digital advertising.
• Manage campaign assets, including audience lists, creative content, tracking links, forms and automation workflows.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance through A/B testing and campaign analysis.

Content & Social Media

• Create and schedule engaging content across social media, blogs and email campaigns aligned with MST's brand.
• Maintain digital assets, templates and marketing collateral to ensure global brand consistency.
• Support webinar coordination, event promotions and post-event communications.

Website & SEO

• Update website content, news articles and case studies.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search performance.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain CRM and marketing databases to ensure data accuracy.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key digital marketing metrics.
• Support dashboard maintenance and reporting activities.

Website & SEO

• Update web content, news stories, and case studies.
• Implement SEO best practices for improved visibility and ranking.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Product and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing or content creation (preferably within a B2B environment).
• Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM fundamentals.
• Excellent written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• A creative, resourceful mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Content publication frequency and quality.
• Contribution to lead generation metrics.
